This course is a fantastic introduction that will take you through all the core skills we explore in our other content. Each lesson is like a complete class. Simply wear comfortable clothing, clear some time, and follow along.
We're big fans of the basics here at Tai Chi School and it's only by repeating and practising these basic concepts over and over again that you can really take your skill to the next level, which is why this course is suitable for exactly that.
